Join us for a full 12-week program as we train for the Silver Strand 5k & Half-marathon.
You are welcome to "test run" with us at one session for free to get a better feel for our group, routine, atmosphere, etc. before officially signing up for our program.
We have a dedicated and experienced staff of coaches & mentors who help guide you through the process of training. Each participant receives an in-depth training calendar specific to their goals, events, and experience that can be further personalized and adjusted to the individual if needed.
Our beginner programs offer intensive coaching instruction through walk/jog intervals. We always begin with the achievable, and then we progress slowly in duration, distance, and intensity to eventually run a full 5k. We coach on how to run well with our overall goal of turning you into a continuous runner to complete your first race. This program has been proven to help people of all backgrounds and abilities to achieve what at one point seems daunting, challenging or even out-right impossible in a safe and healthy manner.
As part of our Fleet Feet Running Club, members receive in-store discounts, perks, and rewards through training. Fleet Feet's vendor partners and coaches also provide additional bonus materials and information so that all of our runners can be outfitted for success.
