2018 Resolution Running Half-Marathon Training

Resolution Running 5k & Half-Marathon Training
From January 2nd, 2018 through March 12, 2018, we'll set our sights on Finish Chelsea's Run and the Encinitas Half Marathon. This 9-week program is designed to get you rolling into the new year with enthusiasm as we #Run4Change.

Our 2018 Resolution 5k & Half Marathon training group is geared towards all ability levels for 5k (even true beginners) and intermediate-advanced for half-marathon (those that have completed a 10k and/or half before).

Join our group of friendly, knowledgeable coaches and fit specialists for two weekly workouts (Tuesday evening at 6:15 p.m. and Saturday morning at 8:15 a.m.), weekly clinics and bonus events. The training program will initiate on Tuesday January 2, 2018 and will culminate on March 11, 2018. That's nine weeks of group runs, tips, advice, community fun, and other benefits!

Goal Race: Encinitas Half Marathon
Program Fee: $100 first 15 sign ups; $110 next 15; $120 once we hit 30 participants
Description: This 9-week program is designed for intermediate to advanced half-marathon runners. As this is an abbreviated program from our traditional 12-week cycle, we ask that you come having completed at least one 10k or half-marathon in 2017.
