Our Team

Kevin Lachenmyer & Family

Owners

Kevin is a native of Southern California and born in Orange County.  He played collegiate soccer, ran in the off-season, and his love for all things fitness has never left him.  He left his career in finance to follow his dream to open a community-based running store.  Kevin got his start with Fleet Feet Sports up in San Francisco before coming home to Southern California to open his first store here in San Diego.  His favorite things (besides the store) are the local trails, the great coffee, and his golden retriever Lucy.

Katy Puckett

General Manager

Katy is originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico and lived in Chapel Hill from 2007-2016 before moving to SD in July of 2017. She has worked for Fleet Feet for over ten years and really enjoys working with our team and providing a great experience to everyone who visits our store (home)! She loves animals, especially her dog Kirby, Mexican food, and coffee.
